Once, in a small town 🌆, there lived a man called Mr. Mynah 🐦 😠.
He was always angry — at the sunshine 🌞, the alarm clock ⏰, and even the poor pigeons!

Every morning, he woke up, frowned 😡, and shouted, “I hate today!”

One morning, as he walked to the bakery 🍞, a squirrel 🐿️ threw an acorn 🥜 at his head!
Then his hat fell in a puddle 💦. Oh no!

Mr. Mynah 🐦 shouted, “Why me?!”

Just then, a little child looked at him and said:
“You should choose happiness today and every day!” 😊💛

Mr. Mynah was confused. “Choose happiness? What is that?”

But he thought, "Let me try."

So, he smiled a little 😬 (it looked funny, like he had a stomach ache).

Then, he helped an old lady cross the road 👵🚗.
She smiled and gave him a candy 🍬.

He opened the door for someone 🚪, and they said, “Thank you!”

By the afternoon, Mr. Mynah was actually… smiling 😄!
He even joined some grandmas doing Zumba in the park 💃👵.

That night, he told himself,
👉 “I will choose happiness today and every day!”

Even the pigeons smiled at him 🐦😆!
